The support from fundraisers like you will make sure that we can continue to be there for children. We can continue to run our vital services such as Childline which has seen an increase of calls from children and young people because of the pandemic. MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age for participants is 17 on race day.

The picturesque route takes runners on a single-lap course that includes the beautiful Grand Union Canal and the scenic Willen Lake. Runners can expect plenty of long, flat stretches throughout the race combined with beautiful views and spectacular scenery.

TIMING: This event will be chip timed using state-of-the-art disposable timing chips attached to the reverse of your running number. Sorry, no late starters.
TIME LIMIT: 3 hours 30 minutes
RACE PERMIT: Applied for. The race will be run under UKA rules
ENTERTAINMENT: There will be post-race entertainment. Details to follow.
CAR PARKING: Details to follow.
BAGGAGE: You will be able to leave a small bag at the Race HQ. Please do not leave valuables in your bag.
REFRESHMENTS: There will be a coffee van outside the Race HQ selling hot drinks and snacks.
WATER STOPS: Water will be available at approx miles 3, 7, and 10 miles and again at the finish.
iTAB: You will be able to purchase an iTab when you enter up until 31st May. If you do, it will automatically be posted a few days after the event. You do not need to do anything.
PACE POCKET: You will be able to purchase a Pace Pocket when you enter up until 31st May. Your Pace Pocket will be sent directly to you 7-12 days before the race. Should you change your target time between now and the race, and would like to swap for a different time, please email info@pacepockets.run at least two weeks before race day to advise on your new target time.

REWARDS: All finishers will receive a quality Race Medal and technical t-shirt.
AWARDS: Presentation of the race awards will take place after the race @ 11:15 next to the Race HQ.

SPECTATORS: Spectators are very welcome but are reminded to stand clear of the route at all times.

All runners must be medically fit to compete and enter at their own risk and the organisers will in no way be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may arise before, during, or after the event as a consequence of their participation in this race. We do not offer refunds or deferrals under any circumstances. You can transfer your place – please see FAQS. No dogs or pushchairs are allowed.
IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY
The race director and the emergency services reserve the right to stop the race at any time if deemed necessary. These would be in circumstances beyond our control and no refunds would be given.
